The oils and greases emulsify with water loosing the lubricating features.

The seals and mechanics of actuators, cylinders, motors, mandrels ….are exposed to early aging.

The seals and mechanics of valves, distributors, regulators are in the same situation.

The filters must be frequently replaced and need constant maintenance.

When compressed air is used for spraying oils, sands, paints, adhesives, water and impurities penalise the final result.

All this means partial or total plants breakdown with heavy loss on production increasing the costs.
